This article will provide general settings for setting up mail on 3rd party email software programs/applications.
Please note that CTO Digital does not support 3rd party email applications, and therefore these guides are provided out of courtesy.
Before proceeding with setting up your email on your iPhone / iPad, we would recommend that you try logging in with your credentials on our Webmail client, to ensure the login details are correct.
If you are unsure of your email password, please raise a support ticket, where we will gladly reset your password.
IMAP Settings – Recommended #
Incoming Mail Server Settings
Server: imap.stackmail.com
Username: (your full email address – e.g. info@example.com)
Password: (your password which was provided to you by our team)
Port: 993 (143 for non-SSL)
Outgoing Mail Server Settings
Server: smtp.stackmail.com
Username: (your full email address – e.g. info@example.com)
Password: (your password which was provided to you by our team)
Port: 465 (25 or 587 for non-SSL)
