CTO Digital Ltd will offer digital marketing services to the client, as per the mutually agreed terms. These services encompass a broad spectrum of activities, which may comprise, but are not restricted to: Website Design & Build, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Content Creation, Website Hosting and Directory Listing Management. All services are paid for in British Pounds.
CTO Digital Ltd is dedicated to providing a timely and uninterrupted service. However, please note that CTO Digital Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from delays, non-deliveries, or service interruptions that result from factors beyond our control or any errors or omissions on the part of the Customer.
It is important to emphasise that CTO Digital Ltd disclaims any warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy of third-party information received through the Service. We are committed to delivering a high-quality service, but the accuracy of third-party data is beyond our control.

1.3. Cancellation Charges: There are no cancellation fees or penalties for terminating your monthly services.
2.1. Monthly Payment Refunds: Since our services are billed on a monthly basis, we do not issue refunds for any unused portion of the month following your cancellation.
2.2. Services Rendered: We do not provide refunds for services that have already been rendered. Any charges for the current month will apply, and your services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
3.1. Products: Please note that we do not sell physical products. Our services are digital in nature, and therefore, there are no tangible products to return.
