We Did It!
In December, the CTO team went ‘Head Deep’ in the icy cold water in Redcar.
In a heartwarming display of solidarity and commitment to mental health, the team at CTO Digital took the plunge, both literally and metaphorically, by diving headfirst into the icy waters of the North Sea in Redcar to raise funds for Mind Teesside. Our initial goal of £1000 may have seemed ambitious, but the team’s unwavering dedication and the overwhelming support from friends, family, and clients propelled us to surpass our target, ultimately raising an impressive £1175. Taking the Plunge for a Worthy Cause
Middlesbrough and Stockton-based charity, Mind Teesside, plays a vital role in providing mental health support to the local community. Recognising the essential services this organisation offers, CTO Digital decided to embark on a unique and daring fundraising adventure. On a chilly December day, they donned their swimsuits and braved the cold North Sea waters, symbolising the resilience and determination required to overcome mental health challenges.
The decision to take such a daring step was not taken lightly. It served as a powerful reminder of the physical and emotional challenges that individuals facing mental health issues often encounter. By facing these frigid waters, the CTO Digital team aimed to draw attention to the importance of mental health and demonstrate their unwavering support for those seeking help.
