With the goal of raising £1000 for Mind Teesside, a charity dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and support in Middlesbrough and Stockton on Tees, our December Dip Challenge has been a journey filled with excitement, anticipation, and a touch of apprehension. We’re thrilled to report that we’re just £55 away from our target of £1000. In this update, we want to share our progress, the rules of our challenge, and how you can join us in our final push to “Go Under” for mental health.
The Challenge Rules:
To make our December Dip Challenge engaging and adventurous, we set up specific milestones tied to fundraising amounts. These milestones not only added a fun element to our campaign but also represented the increasing level of commitment from our team members. Here are the challenge rules and milestones:
- £200: Knee deep
- £400: Hip deep
- £500: Neck deep
- £1000: Going under – Head deep
Our Progress So Far:
